President’s Challenge – July Photos

Juggle at least two projects this month. Members don’t have to finish either but make some progress.

From Susan Clayton:

These are the projects I ‘juggled’ in July.Susan2

The counted cross stitch piece is a Drawn Thread design that I stitched in the company of a lovely group of ladies at my local stitching shop on Wednesday afternoons.

Susan3The orange is my first painted canvas needlepoint project. The ladies at the stitching shop specialize more in painted canvases. They’re trying to convert me! I stitched the orange for my younger daughter, Merry, who is leaving for college tomorrow-tSusan1he 3rd.

The Broncos quilt really doesn’t count for the challenge even though I worked on it in July, but I thought I’d show it to you all. It’s also for my daughter and I think there might be other Broncos fans in this group!

From Connie Swistara:Connie3
On a drive from Michigan to Florida I worked on the blueConnie2border with the stars.

Also the little house is part of a bigger project.Connie1

From Laura Sandison:
The first is Diane Clements Ovals Rule that I wasn’t able to start, and the other is a Romanian point bookmark that I can just do the filling stitches on.
